Training with Meg means knowing exactly what you’re doing and why. Make sure your muscles are burning in all the right places with running tips and tricks, and videos explaining strength movements.
Meg has certifications ranging from Road Runners Club of America and USATF to CrossFit Level 2. She specializes in coaching runners to perform more efficiently, faster, and injury-free through her carefully curated programs.
All plans include access to the #RunWithMeg training app with 2-5 days of running a week (treadmill and outdoor) and strength training with video tutorials. You can also message Meg in app and listen along to Spotify playlists included in every workout.
